HR will call to set up the virtual interview that lasts exactly 30 min. They will briefly go over your resume and mainly ask about your interest in working with the company and what to expect. Put it all on your resume. There will be no chance to upsell after.
There will be no salary negotiation. They will decline. They will ask what your salary expectations are...continue with the process and still low ball you and avoid talking numbers until they make an offer. Offer was made 9 days after interview. 2 days expiration.

What time of leadership style I identified with. How good is my Spanish. They asked for an example of my writing. They asked if I had experience with customer service.
Phone screening with talent agency person then a teams meeting with the hiring manager. The interview lasted about 30 mins in total. Many generic interviews questions. I found it to be an easy interview.
Phone screening, in person interview. They seemed eager to hire field personnel. Pay was higher than most companies. People seemed very professional. Office is nice and organized. WFH not offered.
