I applied online the process took about 2 months. The first interview was a video interview. You have to record yourself. 5 questions. 3 mins to answer each question. All the questions were behavioral/situational. The second interview was a live one to one video with an interviewer. It was heavily Technical based interview.

Explain the output and input filters in an DC to AC inverter.
It was pretty straightforward and easy, they really look for your behavior attributes rather than technical, but still the technical is important since the role is very versatile. I would focus on the basics and also understand customer interaction.
Interviewed after a quick meeting with a recruiter at Career Fair. Interviewer was kind and questions were mainly focused on experience and leadership in engineering projecs rather than direct technical ability.
