Interview had basic questions on analog design revolving around capacitor, resistor circuits, MOS amplifiers and op amps. The questions asked are very easy once your fundamentals (i.e. linear model MOS, gain of amplifiers, concept of output and input impedance) are clear. Go through your approach for reaching the solution and instead of applying brute force calculations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A resistor and capacitor circuit and asked me the current going through a particular branch as a function of time. Looked complicated at first but was a simple application of KCL.
fundamental circuit intuition, problem-solving skills, and deep understanding of device physics rather than just rote memorization of equations. You will be expected to think out loud, draw waveforms, and analyze small-signal
Online Assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Online Assessment consisted of 3 parts - Analog, Digital and Aptitude. Analog part mostly consisted of questions from RC circuits, Opamps, MOS Circuits, Oscillators.
I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
I am only having only one round of interview
Where they asked mostly about rc circuits. Op amp basics and mosfet questions.
The interview almost happened for 1 hour and it is a good experience
