Got a call from consultant. Phone interview followed by face to face interview and HR interview. Basically questions asked. Be patient as the process takes a long time although this depends on specific job type.
i did the technical interview for 1h with two senior engineers using webex for the analog design engineer role and had to annotate using the mouse so it was uncomfortable
