I applied online through our campus recruiting website early in September. I got an email 1-2 weeks later about scheduling an in-person interview on campus.
It was a 30-minute interview with one of the head coordinators of the Communications department. Everyone on the recruiting team was super friendly and personable! They asked very normal behavioral questions and question about the experience (so make sure you're prepared for those "situational" questions). I would also prepare questions about the company that you are genuinely interested in, for example, I asked about their community service initiatives.
The interviewer said I would be contacted in 2-3 weeks about a 2nd round phone screen interview, but I got an email the day after my in-person interview saying I made it to the second round.
The second round was a quick phone interview with one of the managers in the department and she asked maybe one behavioral question, but most of it was really just a conversation about the roles in the department. If you are passionate about the position you applied for it will be easy for you to talk and ask questions!
I did my first round interview on a Wednesday, second round interview on the next Friday and got an offer the following Thursday so it was a very quick turn around!
Tips: Know the company values, prepare genuine questions, know the roles of the position and how your experience relates. Be yourself! They are very nice people!
