Met the recruiter at a campus career fair and got a next day interview. The interview was around 30 minutes long with basic behavioral questions. Heard back in a week.
I had few question from the hirevue and get the emial for the 1st interview. But after 1st interview I had waited more than 6 months (and still)
I send email twice time to the recruiter and now respond and still under review

The process is very smooth and good. Feels more like a normal conversation—multiple rounds. All rounds were case based rounds (approx 2 cases given) and lasted for about an hour.
