Extremely professional and welcoming interview process. You spend time with current rotators prior to the final interview day and go through a series of Q&A and sales simulation during the final interview day. You just have to be yourself and be comfortable reviewing your resume with the interviewing team.

Tell me about a time you worked on a team where other team members were not pulling their weight and what did you do about it?
Only did the first interview but the structure was very straight forward. Little intro about yourself, 5 behavorial questions, 2 simple technical questions, and a lot of questions from my end about the role. Took around ~45 minutes.

Explain what an op-amp is. Then draw a non-inverting op-amp. Calculate the closed loop voltage gain if the feedback resistance is X ohms and the input resistance is Y ohms.
1 First Round Interview -- very basic behavioral with 1 technical question.
1 Final Round Interview - 3 hours, 1 hour with 3 individuals. Consisted of 2 behavioral sessions, and 1 technical session. The behavioral sessions also had 1 technical question each. The technical session was a sales pitch that you are informed about before the interview, and have time to prepare.
