I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Denton, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
I met a campus recruiter and after a conversation about my interest in TI and resume secured an interview. The first interview was 30 minutes, I was asked questions about my learnings from (school/work) project failures and teamwork, no technical questions. Within a week I had my second interview over the phone, it was shorter about 20 minutes, with similar questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Two phone interviews which consisted of behavioral questions and then math related questions that dealt with finance and accounting. After this we went over questions I may have about TI. (make sure to say its a semiconductor company not a calculator company)
