Texas Instruments Purchasing Coordinator interview questions

I applied online and in about 2 weeks I received a phone call from a HR representative. We had a very short conversations asking when I could have time for a phone call interview with the department manager. We established the date. The phone interview with the manager went well, it was a friendly conversation he described the company and also had me talk a little bit about my self. Questions asked: 1. Why do you want to leave your current job? 2. How would you resolve a conflict between team members? 3.How would your current manager describe you?
