Interview
They offered me an on campus interview after talking to the recruiter. Asked me questions about my resume and 1 question which was what I knew about Textron. After that the interviewer asked if I had any questions and I filled up the rest of my time with questions.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Textron (New Orleans, LA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Contacted shortly after applying by manager desiring to set up an interview. He outlined three steps in which I was to download his online scheduling software to set up an interview, and each time I tried to access it- it wouldn’t work. After exchanging emails with him for several days and him insisting that I was unreliable, he emailed me apologizing for his responses due to the fact that he had technical errors on his end. He also forgot to include a fourth step in order to move forward. After that, he emailed me almost every day for a week (Saturdays and Sunday’s included) asking if I was still interested. I removed my application and unsubscribed.
