Interview
Straightforward Skype interview (no video). General questions mixed with questions on The Borgen Project to gauge your understanding and passion for the organization, and personal strengths/weaknesses. Very friendly interviewer. I got an interviewer who was also a HR intern.
Essentially, prior to the interview you'll choose a time on an online platform. Then the interview itself will be conducted and take approximately 15 mins or so.
Overall pretty simple, standard. Questions were simple enough.

I submitted my resume and, after a few days, received a request to complete a "quiz assessment," which I was given 7 days to complete. After submitting the 10 question assessment about the organization, there is a phone interview through Zoom. It lasted for 5 minutes, and it was straightforward and easy.
