The Carter Center Intern interview questions

I applied for a fall internship during the summer by completing the online application. In July, I received a call from the Director of Educational Programs to schedule an appointment with the program that I applied for. I had the interview later that week. It was a phone interview with most of the staff members. The next week, I received an offer. I believe it is the same process (at least for my program) with phone interviews/whole staff because during the end of my internship, they did the same thing when they were choosing new interns.
