Cigna TECDP has a two round process, including a round one hour long interview and then a full (or two) day round two interview. Everyone was respectful and helpful throughout the process.
Interviewed in 2023. The first round was a quick screening interview with recruiters about background and knowledge of the company plus clarifying any details on the application. The second and final round was in-person onsite. They flew me out to the HQ that was closest to my location preference. The final round was multiple interviews throughout the day, from a behavioral and background interview to a technical interview, and then you were divided into a small group case study where you worked through an issue together with your fellow interviewees and finally presented your solutions to current TECDPs.
