Interview
Easy and quick. The recruiters was very nice and walked me through the process. Everything was done through email and Webex. It was a bit confusing when I interviewed because the format of the invitation was a bit weird.
Innitial phone interview with the lead recruiter, 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, small sourcing project, in person interview with a variety of different team members at different levels throughout the recruiting organization, final decision conversation with the hiring manger and follow up email from the point of contact recruiter

Interview
They wasted my time and dragged me through the entire interview process only to tell me I didn’t have enough experience. I have seen a lot of people leaving their HR department and I am sure it’s for good reason!
