The Coca-Cola Company ASM (Area Sales Manager) interview questions

3 interview process with the District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Divisional Sales Manager. The DSM interview was 1:1 and was phone screened before the in-person interview. The RSM interview would have been in-person but a snow storm prevented that from happening. The RSM interview was changed to a phone interview. The DSM interview was a group interview combined with the direct manager, the DSM. The two of them asked pertinent questions to the entry level job and focused on personality rather than experience or knowledge about the role. They wanted to test you for the level of intelligence, personality, and networking ability that you could bring to the role.

Behavorial Type Interviews / Star Format. Panel will consist of at least 2 managers and will take at least 40 minutes. Role plans are required for some positions.
