The Coca-Cola Company Management Trainee interview questions

I was called, then did a skype interview, in person interview, showed up and the general manager was very friendly. He showed me the plant and bottling aspect of the production company

HR called to arrange for the first assessment centre and interview. The session was a "get to know you" session where candidates have to mingle and network. After which, there was an individual interview with some of the senior employees. Questions were rather straight forward, to get to know you better, such as what you did in school and how you demonstrated leadership skills in the past, etc. Subsequently, there was a second assessment centre and interview. Candidates were given a case study to discuss and present as a group. The interview after that was rather similar as before.
