I met directly with the owner. This was back in the day when the company was growing. He is an amazing entrepreneur, broker, property management guru! you can learn more than you can ever imagine form this company. Not sure how they do it now. But read Seven Habits of Highly Effective People for sure!!!

Quick and to the point. Job description and benefits discussed. Easy to navigate HR and on boarding. Be honest and upbeat. Great environment to work in and strong leadership in place.
