Interview
There were two managers involved in the interviewing process. It was mostly behavioral questions. They asked questions about how well multitask because the job does require a lot of that. Overall the questions were not extremely difficult.
Quick and to the point. Job description and benefits discussed. Easy to navigate HR and on boarding. Be honest and upbeat. Great environment to work in and strong leadership in place.

Interview
I met directly with the owner. This was back in the day when the company was growing. He is an amazing entrepreneur, broker, property management guru! you can learn more than you can ever imagine form this company. Not sure how they do it now.
