I sent in a request online for the job, i got a call back 3 days later to come in and fill out a paper application and interview. I also did a 30 minute working interview where i went in and i played with the kids and helped the teachers. they let me know if they were offering the job to me two days later.
The interview was simple and I felt at ease. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. I think the vibe and environment of the place was very warming and welcoming.

The one on one interview was straightforward, making the overall experience comfortable and laidback. All of my questions were answered and the director was very polite and knowledgeable. Only downside is I wished I would have known during the interview that your hours are subject to be reduced without notice.
