I felt like it was a super easy interview! Scheduled interview and was hired all within a couple of days. We mainly just talked about our views of childcare and my past experience.
The interview was simple and I felt at ease. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. I think the vibe and environment of the place was very warming and welcoming.

The one on one interview was straightforward, making the overall experience comfortable and laidback. All of my questions were answered and the director was very polite and knowledgeable. Only downside is I wished I would have known during the interview that your hours are subject to be reduced without notice.
