Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. I applied online and was contacted via phone by HR to schedule an initial phone interview with HR. Within the week, I received an email from HR for another interview with the Operations Excellence Manager/Business Unit Leader. Following that, I received a call/email for the onsite. It was all a very quick and easy process.

"Tell me about a time" questions... They have five different subject areas that Hershey focuses on within their interviews, dealing with areas such as team conflict, process improvement, the client, etc.
Largely based on SOAR methodology. Situation, Obstacles, Actions, Results. Not STAR (Sit, Tasks, Actions, Results). After phone screening, had another phone interview with technical team. Mostly asked behavioral questions to understand my approach to problem solving
