It was pretty straight forward; general questions about customer service and experience with working in a fast paced environment. Additional questions entailed difficult situations with customers and how I would go about resolving the issue or conflict.

They no longer do interviews. It was quick and simple. Online says that so drug testing but I was not given one although They did do a background check. That processed very quickly.

Easy going. A lot of questions related to customer service. Different customer scenarios and how we deal with them. Why Home Depot? Then questions behavioral questions and problem-solving questions. Expectations of the work place.
