Good phone screen with HR Generalist; invite to interview on site a five-hour loop. Walked in the building the receptionist was not friendly was more interested in gossiping; the second receptionist leaving for the day helped me, she was lovely. I noticed while waiting for the interview they have the Principals of CM on the Glass wall...I should have known then to run out the door as they referred to the leadership of the company as " Management? One thing that really was a red flag is that all of the HR team worked together in the past companies an indicator that new ideas were not going to be welcome. I then went four weeks with no notice although they committed to the following week.
