I applied online and then had a two phone interviews. The first interview was with the recruiter and only covered my resume and why I was interested in the company. He spent a good deal of time trying to sell working for the company. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager who described the position in more detail. I was led to believe that the interviews went well as the manager said he wanted me to come in for an on-site interview, however, he would have to follow up later with a date. After a week of radio silence, I reached out to the recruiter who said he'd have to follow up the next day --- which never happened.
