The owner was very nice and informative. She made me feel comfortable and excited about the position. It was over the phone. Asked common interview questions about experience and goals
Very awkward. Was very formal and did not feel welcome. Person only read questions from a paper and there was not any friendly conversation to break the ice and tension. I felt like i was at an interview for an office job and not a salon job.
