I was interview in October 2021 for a position I didn’t know would start January. The owner of the lash lounge asked some good questions about work ethic and personality. Then he went on and on about how the company works and how competitive you have to be to work there and make money. It sounded really stressful and hard to make money. Don’t go there to get lash training because they might make you pay it back at a value of $3000
Text to confirm appointment then tour of location “master” artist wasn’t very welcoming in the model portion and also there was no call back from the location what so ever so basically no communication or feedback on set completed just ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Lash Lounge (Oregon City, OR) in Feb 2022
Interview
Phone interview with owner then in person practice on a dummy then bringing a model in and doing a full set then phone chat about everything it wasn’t that hard just took about a week
