My feedback is intended to inform other candidates about the interview experience and communication process.
The panel interview felt disorganized and impersonal. There was minimal introduction, no clear effort to establish rapport, and I do not recall being welcomed or thanked for attending the interview. The overall tone felt abrupt and transactional rather than structured or conversational.
The panel did not appear to have reviewed or have access to my resume during the interview, which gave the impression of limited preparation for a formal hiring process.
Throughout the discussion, responses to my experience were often met with a corrective tone. When I spoke about cross-functional HR collaboration, one interviewer strongly emphasized strict role boundaries in a way that felt dismissive of the intent of my comments.
In one instance, an interviewer raised her voice while responding, which made the interaction feel confrontational in a professional interview setting.
There were also inconsistencies in professionalism across the panel, including informal attire from one interviewer while others were dressed in business professional clothing.
In addition, the hiring timeline provided during the interview was not followed, and there was no communication until I initiated follow-up. I then received a generic rejection email from a no-reply HR mailbox shortly afterward.
Overall, the experience reflected gaps in preparation, consistency, and candidate communication. Candidates should be aware that the interview process may not reflect standard expectations of structure or engagement.
