I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Therabody
Interview
Interview was quick. The CEO answered his phone during my interview. He briefly looked at my resume and asked what my GPA in college was (mind you i graduated 5 years ago and my GPA had nothing to do with the role. He then asked “do you make mistakes? Because if you do, you get a warning. Then you’re out of here. People here don’t make mistakes. Would you still want to work here?” I was called back to interview with the CEO but I declined as I wouldn’t work for a company and a CEO who will treat an employee like that.
Thank you for your interview feedback. We have not had an Executive Assistant position open since 2019.
To provide insight on our interview process: Our Talent team has a very defined process when it comes to all interviews. Every candidate is first met by a member of our talent acquisition (TA) team. We compare their experience with other qualified candidates and compile a list of our candidates to review with the respective hiring manager. The second interview is with our TA rep and the hiring manager or simply with the hiring manager alone. The final interview is with an Executive team lead or our VP of Talent.
Our Talent Acquisition team is proud of the interview process we have put in place. We believe that candidates are evaluated fairly against the requirements of the position and are considered equally for each position.
We make sure our hiring managers are well prepared and have adequate time to meet each candidate the TA team has identified as a strong contender for the position.
