I interviewed with Thesis for 3 months, spanning 6 interviews, 3 separate roles, and multiple people. Overall, I found the interview process to be misleading. The recruiter misinformed me about the roles, which hindered my ability to answer targeted questions due to having the wrong information. I was passed up for the first role, then referred to a second and third role. The second was taken by an internal candidate, which should've been solved for before opening the role to the public. The third was given to a candidate with more specific experience. The people at Thesis were lovely to work with and interview with, but the internal hiring process seems a bit off. Most interviews felt too short for me to get in my questions and every interviewer had no flexibility to stay on a call past time. My 3rd round for the 2nd job was a 45-minute, in-person panel interview, which I was told would be me and 2 internal people but a 3rd person joined. I didn't really feel set up for success.
