Stay as far away from this company as possible.
Thrive had the absolute worst interview process I've ever been through (and I've been through a lot). The recruiter handling the initial call was fairly unprofessional in setting up the interviews, rescheduling it to a time that barely worked for him where we got disconnected about ten times, but it was really the onsite interview that made it horrible.
I got an email at midnight asking if I could come in the following day. After I said I could make it, I got no response. I showed up at the time they mentioned and after several people looked at me and ignored me, someone helped me reach the person I was meeting. They let me know that they were, indeed, expecting me, but I waited half an hour after my allotted time before anyone actually spoke with me.
The person who met with me (who wasn't the one I was scheduled to meet) flat out told me that he had just started with the company wasn't expecting to be interviewing anyone that day, so he made up some questions on the fly. It was apparent he didn't like me, but it was the most awkward conversation I've ever had. I waited 15 minutes in between for the COO to come in, and he checked his phone every 30 seconds while I was speaking to him, until he said he had to run into another meeting. Both conversations were 15 minutes long, so I spent more time waiting for them than I did speaking to them.
I almost walked out of the interview several times because I was so offended by the way they handled it. It was a totally unreal experience.
