Conversational style, for both interviews. The first interview was a little more laid back (to be expected) I walked away feeling like Thrive was almost as excited to work with me as I was with them. I scheduled a time to come in and spend some time in the office. The second interview, was sort of a pop-up interview since I was under the assumption I was coming in to spend time with the team and get a closer look at the role. The interviewer was very nice however it felt rushed and like I was a bit of a bother being there. I should have prepared myself as if it were a formal interview, lesson learned! I didn't hear back from the company for another few weeks. Understandably, the company ultimately decided to move on with their search to candidates with more experience than I could provide at that time.
