There were four rounds of interviews which seemed daunting at first, especially as a recent college grad, but everyone was super nice and easy going. The entire process took four weeks and I spoke to many people in the company before being offered the position.

Interview
I had the most disorganized and upsetting interview process at Thrive Global. After taking an initial Edit Test in December 2017 and having my first in-person interview in early January 2018, I went in 3 other times. Finally I was told the next in person interview would be the final round. I ended up having 3 "final round" in person interviews because nobody on their team was communicating. In February I was asked to have a another interview, this one via phone, in which I was told they would have an offer to me that week. One week later I followed up — they asked me if I had taken an edit test yet (which I did in December...) and to come BACK IN to meet one last person. I met with the final person at the end of February. Weeks went by and I had not heard anything from anyone I reached out to about the process. Finally one month later someone got back to me saying I was no longer under consideration and apologizing for their behavior. I've never experienced anything like it — 9 different interviews (4 of which were "final rounds"), a promise for an offer, and then a retraction after weeks of waiting for said offer. I hope no one else ever experiences anything like it.
