Thrive Senior Living interview questions

Had a brief phone interview with the director of sales. I was invited by the president of the community to come in for an interview. She didn’t show up, as a result I ended up meeting with the sales director. He asked me maybe two questions and offered a tour of the community but did not follow through. Total waste of everybody’s time, never heard from them again. The in person was a repeat of the exact same phone conversation we had a week prior. Would not recommend this company, they seem discombobulated.
