I had one of the best interviewing experiences at PingCAP. Right from the very start, there was transparency, timely feedback and follow up with next steps via emails. The panel was great right from the recruitment team to the senior most member of the Org.(also got the chance to meet the cofounder) Even though the role was remote. they also invited me to their office so that I get a feel of the culture and get a chance to meet the team that this role would be working closely with. They are a strong start up and their interview process is solid! I couldn’t join the team due to my reasons, but want to wish the team at PingCAP much success !
