Tillster interview questions

One of the longest processes I've ever seen! It takes forever and they forget about the interview! I took a day off and they cancelled the interview because no one cared enough to be present that day! If you value the candidate, SHOW UP, BE THERE, DON'T SKIP OUT! I finally went for an interview and the people I was supposed to meet were really disorganized and late. I am glad I didn't go to work there if this is how they run the company. Based on the reviews, it was a good decision to not respond to the call back.

This interview process was longer and more thorough than I had expected. After finding a posting I reached out and spoke to a nice woman who asked me some basic questions. I was then called back by Jim, a recruiter who seemed as interested in me as my skills. After about a week Jim called back to find a convenient time for me to come meet the team. It was then that I understood Jim's line of questioning - I was to be interviewed by the department manager, a person on the team I would be joining, the department VP, the CTO and then the VP of HR. Between these 30-45 minute sessions even the CIO casually introduced himself to me with a smile. It was really clear that these people are really coordinated, buttoned down and take this process of finding the right fit very seriously. I liked that.
