      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Oct 12, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Tillys

      Interview

Applied online and got an interview the same week. On the day of the interview, they called me a few hours later and offered me the job. The e-mail mentioned a group interview but since I was one of the first people to show up, I met with everyone in the office and it was very one-on-one. They gave me a typing test to check my WPM and accuracy.

Got together in a group and the hiring manager asked us questions. Based more on your personality. There were about eight of us and only two got hired. Not me though.

      Customer Service Representative Interview

      May 31, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Oro Valley, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tillys (Oro Valley, AZ) in Oct 2013

      Interview

It was pretty easy. I went into the store and they told me to apply online. Called in a day or two later for a group interview. They asked basic questions just to see who would stand out. I think a lot of it is physical appearance and personality (who fits the image for Tillys and who can be outgoing). I got called back the next day for a 1:1. They asked basic questions then had me pick clothes to match outfits and had me try and sell to them the outfit (describe why you should buy the outfit) to see if I would be beneficial to their team. Overall it's easy. I had no experience and was 16 years old with no prior interview experience.
