Applied online, received a call in a week or 2 asking to come in for an interview with the assistant manager. The interview covered behavioral questions and hours of availability. Got called in for a second interview with the manager which just covered rules & policies, and got the job shortly after.

Question 1
If a customer spilled their coffee, are they entitled to receive another free one?
I was asked to come in. They reviewed my resume and asked me questions about my experience. Easy interview. They hired on the spot. Just know your resume and experience and you will be fine.
The interview was very casual. We sat out in the open area with other customers and the manager was friendly. It was apparent really early I was going to get the job so the questions were all softballs.
