I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons in Feb 2010
Interview
Very Easy going One on One interview
you will be sitting inside the store and the interview will take place there
it will be relaxing offer you water and or coffee and something to eat ...
Very nice and friendly enviroment
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
