I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
the process was easier than I thought. I'm a girl who suffers from anxiety, and I'm not the best at interviews because of it, but it went smoothly and was pretty fast.
the questions that I was asked were mainly based off of the application sheet you have to fill out when you apply for the job in person (I'm not sure about online).
I believe in treating everyone respectfully, so it was very easy for me to elaborate what I had on paper to the woman who interviewed me, so I was confident because it is something I implement in my everyday life.
so smile, be assertive, remember to breathe, KISS (keep it simple and short - with your answers) and be yourself
good luck to those expecting an interview , not just from tim hortons , but from any place.
