The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I applied online (or in-person), and I was contacted within a few days to come in for an interview. The interview took place at the store with the manager. It was a one-on-one, casual conversation that lasted about 15–20 minutes.
They asked questions about my availability, previous work experience (if any), how I handle customer service situations, and why I want to work at Tim Hortons. The manager also explained the job responsibilities and the expectations for the role.
Overall, the process was quick and not too stressful. I was told I’d hear back soon, and I got a call within a few days with the results.
The interview process was structured and professional. The interviewer asked detailed questions about my previous experience and problem-solving skills. Overall, the process felt challenging but fair, and communication was clear throughout.
