The interview process included an online screening test from SOVA, video interview, assessment centre followed by a final interview. I only made it to the assessment centre. The video interview was convenient and easy, questions were behavioural and based on Toll Group's core values. In the assessment centre, there was an icebreaker, group presentation followed by an individual presentation in front of stakeholders. The individual presentation had to be prepared within 15 minutes only and they only let you view the case study details (per slide) for less than a minute so I urge partipants to write notes extremely quickly - because they don't go back a slide. Note: For those who wish to work in consulting or an IT role, do NOT apply for this graduate program. Toll Group only seeks graduates who wish to do gruelling and rigorous work in the Logistics industry which is more hands-on and practical. This is also the main reason why they state in the job description that they don't care about academic transcripts.
