Invited quickly after resume was e-mailed. Interview was disappointing as personal info was asked that is normally not relevant to the job in hand, i..e how old is your daughter, where do you live, what car do you drive, what does your husband do etc. It was more like picking my brain to promote solutions to their problems than anything else and finding out what the interviewers do not like about employing first jobbers - then why employ them or keep them in the first place! A promise of a job was made at the end of the interview which resulted in a rejection letter.
