Very proactive interview process.
It was rather getting to know the personal me than how I am as an employee.
Introduced to me what to be expected with the position.
As a graduate student, I wasn't expected to know much about the position I was getting, so I was mainly informed on how the job would be like.

after you submit your application, they will do an online AI interview. Answer a few questions in essay form and then do a video interview. You will get your report back from the essay submissions.
