I underwent an initial screening call post which there were 3 rounds of interviews conducted. The process was super lengthy with an average of 45 mins for the first and third interview and 25 mins for the second one which was considerable. All this hassle was carried out for a 1 year FTC and was notified two days after the third interview, taking up 3 weeks of my time in total for their entire process. Additionally, I was notified they felt my profile is suited for a senior level position and not an Admin role, a reasoning which clearly lacks transparency as all the details were already mentioned in my resume and it rather exhibits indecisiveness of the management to take my candidature through 3 weeks in three weeks to finally realize I'm overqualified for the role.
