Interview
It was a normal quick interview that lasted about 30 minutes if that. My account manager was a decent person. I was told on the spot that I got the position so it was a relief to know immediately after the interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Top Guard Security (Norfolk, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process was quite easy. If you're headed to an interview be prepared to wait in the lobby for a while. When I was hired there were three others being interviewed around the same time. I dressed business casual, but saw others interviewing in jeans. I wouldn't recommend jeans though, most of the office workers are in business to business casual.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Top Guard Security (Norfolk, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied online. The application was extremely easy. After I applied I was asked to come in for an interview within a week. The actual interview was easy as well (I felt like I was fed the answers that were wanted due to the company hiring a lot of people at the time.. There's a pretty high turnover rate.) I was offered the job the same day as my interview.
