Topgolf Bayhost interview questions

You'll walk into the building check-in with whatever associate is doing check-in that day, then once everyone arrives the group which will range anywhere from 12- 30+ people will go to the lounge area there will be a DJ booth set up and along with every in the group you will dance they will play a couple popular songs varies line dances ranging anywhere from the wobble to footloose after the party is over you will be split into groups and you will play games with some associates and have general conversation there are 2 stations that really matter while you are playing certain games they will pull one person from the group at a time you will show off you best talent then you will have a small typical boring interview after that everyone will dance again and then they'll send you home so basically the entire interview process is about your personality

Interview process is called an "X-factor" where you and a whole bunch of others are thrown into a group setting and they observe how you interact with others. Then you go to a couple tables for quick 30 second interviews where they ask you questions to see your personality
