Submitted Online Application. Knew an employee who put in a word for me. Got a call from HR for an interview. They asked about my work experience. You basically just have to tell them that you are a hard worker. They want hard workers since it requires physical labor.

The interview process took 2-3 hours. Ask questions about you and the jobs you have done before. Was a group meeting with others which was my first time doing this.
