1) Call with recruiter (so far so good) 2) 48 hours to complete exercise using their tool (if you have worked with data before then this is pretty easy - however, it does take a full 4-6 hours to complete) 3) Presentation via webinar to "mock" clients (peers on Customer Success Team. I did not move past the presentation. The junior members of the team who evaluated my webinar did not provide direct feedback. It also seemed like they had better things to do rather than answer questions from a potential candidate. The two mavens who evaluated the presentation had the internal recruiter reach out to inform me of their decision. It would have been nice to get actual feedback from the Customer Success team given how much time and effort it takes for candidates to get to this round. I get that you are all "busy" but 5min to provide candid feedback to motivated and hard-working candidates doesn't seem like much to ask. I don't think I will be "reapplying" in the future as the recruiter suggested - interviewing is a two way street which Trackmaven seems to be forgetting.

I applied online and interviewed at TrackMaven in December-January 2014 The interview process itself was fun and challenging, unlike many interviews I had taken. There was a phone screen followed by an exercise based on a customer review which involved creating a report of insights from a customer account and presenting my findings to the team. Interview times were very flexible, especially considering I was in a different time zone. This was the top job on my list, so I was very enthusiastic throughout the interview process. The employees here eat, breath, and live TrackMaven, so being excited and enthusiastic about both the company and the position is a must. While the interview process was by no means easy, I really felt a connection with the company and everyone I interviewed with which made the process a lot less stressful than other interviews.
