I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trader Interactive (Virginia Beach, VA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Applied on Company Website with employee referrals. Conducted a phone interview with hiring recruiter. Felt the interview went very well although I could tell the person did not read anything in my resume and didn’t know I was a former employee. Was sent an assessment to complete in 30 minutes through email. Didn’t hear anything for exactly two weeks and was told I was not chosen as a candidate.
Will continue to look for another opportunity and keep applying. This is an amazing company and I hope for another opportunity.
