Trader Interactive interview questions

Questions that had nothing to do with the position such as my definition of leadership (which I had more experience and education with than the interviewer). Asked when I planned to retire to obviously learn my age without illegally asking outright. Was invited to interview with 3 managers for approximately 3 hours fact to face. and accepted despite reservations about this interviewer. Had to cancel a couple days later and attempted to reschedule but was immediately "uninvited" by HR person. That tells me all I need to know about this company.
